Prague

We ended up eating at a Chinese restaurant nearby because it was getting late and they took credit cards.  We didn't have time to exchange money that night.  We stayed at the Travellers Hostel at Dlouha 33 Prague 01 Praha 1, 11000 http://www.hostelbookers.com/hostels/czech-republic/prague/27389/.  The breakfast was good, when we closed our window it was quiet enough, and while the bathrooms were shared we never had any problems.  We did have a private room since there were three of us and were able to do laundry for 6 or 7 euros.

Saturday we got up for another walking tour with the Sandeman company and noticed that Michael, one of the people who went to dinner with us in Berlin after the Concentration Camp Tour was on this tour as well.  Come to find out he worked at a similar type of camp that Brenda used to work at and had the same beliefs that we did.  He ended up going on the next tour with us as well...called the Castle Tour there in Prague and we all spent the rest of the day together.  We had dinner in the basement of some restaurant where Josh had some great duck and the rest of us had goulash, dumplings, meat, and other traditional Czech food and drink.  That night we went back up by the castle and took many great night photos.  The city was enchanting at night (if you could get away from the crazy party crowd).  We goat crepe's that night.  They ended up being giant.  Mine was chocolate and cinnamon... DELICIOUS!!

 Poor Michael got lost that night, but we were able to meet up again the next day thanks to technology.  He decided not to take the train to Vienna as planned and joined up with us.

 I contacted our next airbnb host who graciously offered to allow him to stay with us.  So that Sunday we met up, grabbed some food and figured out how to get to Faith Community Church http://www.faithcommunity.cz where Josh has some friends.  It meets in a train station.  We met a whole group of great people and were instantly joined by our bond in Christ.  It is wonderful to meet other brothers and sisters and instantly feel that connection.  We had dinner and walked along the river that night sharing many laughs and deep conversations.  This was one of the most encouraging times of our trip.

 Then we boarded the lovely overnight bus to Austira.  We used this student bus company. http://m.studentagency.cz I didn't sleep at all...I'm not a fan of overnight transport.  However, the bus had Internet until we reached the Austria border so I could call my dad and grandpa to wish them happy Father's Day.  The sun came up around 4 or 4:30 and the mountain views were magnificent.  That made it much easier too be content through the early morning hours.  We had to wait a bit for the busses to start running, but soon we were on our way to the our nicest airbnb host.
